Our laboratory at Prokon is equipped to develop and test new recipes for new materials, in order to satisfy requests and obtain the greatest possible precision from the moisture minder system in reading the moisture in your materials. By simply sending a 5kg sample we can carry out the necessary tests to create a new ad hoc recipe.

Calibration and repair services

Each sensor is supplied fully calibrated and ready to use. However, it is necessary to periodically carry out a new calibration to allow the sensor to provide the most precise reading possible

The self-calibration function allows the sensor to be calibrated by pressing a simple button and will be immediately ready to be used again.

System Maintenance

A huge advantage of the moisture minder system is that it has no moving parts and is very compact therefore it does not require particular maintenance, it is advisable to always keep the sensor as clean as possible
